Evolution provides the ideal solution for heritage applications such as listed building renovations and large scale replica refurbishment projects where planning constraints are to be considered.
The Evolution window is designed to be built as a series of horizontal modules which can be stacked using horizontal couplers to form a multi-part window featuring a specially design drip bar between modules.

Windows - PARALLEL WINDOWS
General
- Alitherm Parallel is ideal for insertion into curtain wall facades in both low and high rise commercial buildings.
The system is suitable for use as either replacement windows in existing buildings, or for installation into new builds.
- Alitherm Parallel incorporates internally beaded vents suitable for either cockspur or shoot-bolt locking.
The system is also suitable for use with chain-operators, operated either individually or as part of an integrated automated solution for building climate control.
Please note: Parallel windows over 1500mm width, or 100kg weight should be manufactuired for motorised operation only.
Profile Specification
All profile sections are constructed of aluminium alloy extrusion to BS EN 775, extruded from 6063 T6 alloy. Internal and external extrusions are separated with a polyamide thermal break.
The external aluminium alloy extrusion is pre-treated and finished either:
A) Anodised to BS 3987:1987, Grade AA25 to a natural self-colour
B) Polyester powder organic coating to BS 6496. Dual colour option is available

Windows - ALITHERM
Our range of windows are compatible with a range of
accessories, locking mechanisms and are available in a wide
range of colours and finishes that comply with all relevant
British and/or European standards. Compliance with
Document L for thermal transmittance applies.
Smart's window systems offer excellent weather
performance/ratings in accordance with the requirements
of British Standards. BSI test certificates and BSI Kitemark
test reports, where applicable, are available on request.
Doors
Smart Systems offer a range of doors suitable for the
architectural, commercial, public, new build and retail markets.
The doors available are commercial hinged, commercial swing,
patio, tilt and slide, slide folding, multi-track slide and
automatic. Our doors are designed for use as open out or open
in, single or double doors, internally or externally beaded with
side-light options for residential and/or commercial
applications.Doors are available with polyamide thermal
barrier or as aluminium/PVC-U composite frames for high
performance thermal efficiency.
High security glazing, locking mechanisms including security
deadlock and hook bolts, dual colour options, excellent
weather performance (BS6375 Pt 1) are some of the many
special features of our door systems.
Doors - BI-FOLD DOORS
Bi-Folding doors are becoming more poular in a variety of applications
including conservatories and private pool areas in residential dwellings.
They are also immensely attractive to the retail trade of Restaurants,
Hotels and stores etc so as to open up a complete wall on their premises
during the summer months. Nova fabricates the superb Visofold system which
is constructed from profiles using a thermal barrier which ensures the
installation complies with Doc. L for thermal transmittance.
Robust profiles enables the creation of large passage-ways providing
maximum natural light and panoramic views. The system offers flexibility in
terms of the possible combinations of folding elements and opening sashes.
Available as stock in white paint the bi-fold doors can be produced in any
standard RAL colour to order.

Robust aluminium sections lends itself to the ever popular Patio-Door and
Visoglide system is compatible with a range of furniture and locking mechanisms.
Design flexibility, durability and fitness for purpose are key factors when
offering the Visoglide patio system.
The system can accommodate 2, 3, 4 and 6 door options featuring fixed light
and sliding panels and glazing options from 4mm to 28mm.
Available in a wide rane of finishes the system is fully Doc. L Compliant
and internally beaded.
